How to access your merchant portal

To be fully onboarded and begin operating with VOT XPRESS, all merchants must have an active account registered in the VOT XPRESS system.

How the Process Works:

1. Merchant Registration: Your merchant

details will be

registered in the VOT XPRESS system.

2. Invitation Email: Once your registration

has been initiated,

you will receive an invitation

email at your registered email address.

3. Your Account Setup: Open the invitation

and follow the

instructions to complete your

account registration and create your

password.

4. Sign In: After completing your

registration, sign in to the VOT

XPRESS system using your

registered email address and password. 

5. Merchant Account: Once your account

is activated, you can

access your Merchant

Portal and proceed with your VOT XPRESS

operations.

Important: Please ensure that the email address provided during registration is correct and accessible, as it will be used for your account invitation and system communications. If you experience any difficulty during registration, account activation, or login, please get in touch with the VOT XPRESS Support Centre for assistance.
